Dein nächstes kulinarisches Meisterwerk beginnt mit dem Falk Culinair Flandria Bräter. Mit einem Durchmesser von 24 cm und einem Fassungsvermögen von 2,9 Litern bietet er ausreichend Platz für vielfältige Gerichte, von saftigen Schmorbraten bis hin zu aromatischen Gemüsepfannen.

Der Bräter besteht aus einem innovativen 5-Schicht-Material: Innen 0,4 mm Edelstahl, gefolgt von je 0,5 mm Aluminium, Kupfer und erneut Aluminium, sowie außen 0,6 mm magnetischer Edelstahl. Diese Kombination sorgt für eine schnelle und gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung bis zum oberen Rand und ermöglicht präzises Kochen auf allen Herdarten, einschließlich Induktion.

Die ergonomisch gestalteten Henkelgriffe aus Edelstahlguss sind mit zwei Nieten fest am Korpus befestigt und erwärmen sich nur mäßig, was eine sichere Handhabung gewährleistet. Der mitgelieferte Edelstahldeckel schließt den Bräter optimal ab und unterstützt das energiesparende Garen.

Die spezielle Innenpolitur reduziert das Anhaften von Speisen und erleichtert die Reinigung. Obwohl der Bräter spülmaschinengeeignet ist, wird Handwäsche empfohlen, um die Langlebigkeit zu erhalten. Zudem ist er backofentauglich und somit vielseitig einsetzbar.
