The blade is made of high-quality VG-10 steel, known for its exceptional sharpness and durability. With a hardness of 61±1 HRC, the edge remains sharp even with regular use. The double bevel provides a clean cut, regardless of your preferred hand.

The handle, made of gray-black pakkawood, fits comfortably in the hand and offers an optimal balance between blade and handle. This lets you work without fatigue, even during longer cooking sessions.

To preserve the quality of your knife, rinse it with warm water after use and dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid cleaning it in the dishwasher to protect the blade’s sharpness and the handle material.
