Details

All-purpose knife with a 15 cm long blade made of rust-free DIN 4116 stainless steel with a double-sided edge. The cutting edge has a hardness of 57 (±1) HRC. The Tim Mälzer logo and signature are laser-etched onto the satin-finished blade.

The handle is made of polished POM plastic with a non-slip surface. The ergonomic shaping and symmetrical alignment ensure a secure and comfortable grip. The handle meets the strict hygiene requirements of gastronomic kitchens. The handle is finished with a metal plate engraved with the Tim Mälzer Küchenbullen logo.
