Details

Long ham knife with a 23 cm long blade made of rust-free DIN 4116 stainless steel with double-sided sharpening. The blade is kept narrow, reducing adhesion. The cutting edge has a hardness of 57 (±1) HRC. The Tim Mälzer logo and signature are laser-etched onto the satin-finished blade.

The handle is made of polished POM plastic with a non-slip surface. The ergonomic shaping and symmetrical alignment ensure a secure and comfortable grip. The handle meets the strict hygiene requirements of gastronomic kitchens. The handle is completed with a metal plate engraved with the Tim Mälzer Küchenbulle.
