Details

Hybrid chef's knife with a 20 cm long blade made of rust-free DIN 4116 stainless steel with a serrated edge. The serrated edge is divided in the middle. The front teeth are aligned towards the tip of the knife, while the back teeth are aligned towards the handle. This makes cutting easier and results in a smooth cutting surface. The blade has a hardness of 57 (±1) HRC and features the Tim Mälzer logo and signature laser-etched onto the satin-finished blade.

The handle is made of polished POM plastic with a non-slip surface. The ergonomic shape and symmetrical alignment ensure a secure and comfortable grip. The handle meets the strict hygiene requirements of gastronomic kitchens and is finished with a metal plate engraved with the Tim Mälzer kitchen bull.
