Details
Professional ceramic sharpening stone with a super-fine 6000 grit. Ideally, you use this grit as a finishing touch, which results in a finely polished edge. This reduces friction and helps the knife maintain its sharpness for longer.
Included with the sharpening stone are two sharpening guides that you clip onto the back of the knife. This ensures you maintain a consistent angle while sharpening. To prevent the blades from getting scratched, the guides are lined with plastic on the inside. Additionally, a non-slip sharpening base is included, which also serves as a secure storage box for the sharpening stone and guides.
