Zwei Sachen kannst du beim Schärfen deiner Messer mit einem Schleifstein falsch machen:
1. die falsche Körnung verwenden
2. den Winkel nicht halten
Mit den Global-Schleifhilfe kannst du Punkt 2 schon mal abhaken. Die Schleifhilfe wird auf den Klingenrücken (da wo nicht die Schneide ist) gesteckt und schon hast du beim Auflegen auf den Schleifstein den perfekten Winkel und hälst ihn vor allem auch bei der Schleifbewegung. Yes!
Mit diesem Set bekommst du zwei Schleifhilfen in verschiedenen Größen. Eine Anleitung wie du die Dinger befestigen sollst ist ebenfalls dabei. Zur leichteren Befestigung und zum Schutz der Klinge sind die MinoSharp Schleifhilfen innen mit Kunststoff verkleidet. Und damit ist es noch leichter fällt sind zwei Klammern eingebaut. Jetzt gibt es keine Ausreden mehr, also schärf endlich deine Messer! Danach bist du auch wieder glücklich, wetten!?
