MinoSharp 472 ceramic sharpening stone grit 1000 / 8000

Professional high-end ceramic sharpening stone with a fine 1000 grit and an extremely fine 8000 grit. The 1000 grit takes care of sharpening and pre-polishing for you. With the extremely fine 8000 grit, the last finest irregularities are polished out. This makes the edge mirror-smooth and achieves very low friction resistance. As a result, the knife glides even more easily through the material being cut and retains its sharpness longer.

Included with the sharpening stone are two sharpening guides that you clip onto the back of the knife. This allows you to maintain a consistent angle while sharpening. To prevent the blades from getting scratched, the sharpening guides are lined with plastic on the inside. Additionally, a non-slip sharpening base is included, which also serves as a secure storage box for the sharpening stone and the sharpening guides.
