Details
Your bread knife should not only be functional but also a real eye-catcher in the kitchen. The Nesmuk Janus bread knife with a 27 cm blade length combines innovative technology with elegant design, offering you an unparalleled cutting experience.
The blade is made of high-quality Swedish knife steel and is refined with a DLC coating (Diamond-Like-Carbon). This carbon layer, only a few micrometers thick, makes the blade extremely hard, scratch-resistant, and resistant to acids, bases, and high temperatures. With a hardness of about 58 HRC, the edge remains sharp for a long time and allows precise cuts through any type of bread.
A special feature of this bread knife is the innovative serrated edge with two differently designed teeth. These ensure effortless cutting through soft and hard crusts, while the special design of the serration protects your cutting surfaces and causes less scratching.
The ergonomic handle made of Karelian curly birch fits comfortably in the hand and gives the knife an individual touch. The unique grain of this wood makes each knife a one-of-a-kind piece. The ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel completes the elegant design.
The Nesmuk Janus bread knife is delivered in a high-quality matte black box, including a certificate of authenticity. Thus, you receive not only a first-class cutting tool but also a stylish accessory for your kitchen.
