Details

Dein kulinarisches Erlebnis verdient ein Werkzeug, das Präzision und Eleganz vereint. Der Nesmuk Janus Folder mit einer Klingenlänge von 8,9 cm ist genau das richtige Messer für anspruchsvolle Genießer.

Die Klinge besteht aus Niob-Hochleistungsstahl, der für seine außergewöhnliche Härte von 60 HRC und feine Gefügestruktur bekannt ist. Diese Eigenschaften ermöglichen einen extrem scharfen Schliff und eine beeindruckende Schnitthaltigkeit. Die zusätzliche DLC-Beschichtung (Diamond-Like Carbon) schützt die Klinge vor Korrosion und verleiht ihr eine edle, schwarze Optik.

Der Griff aus schwarzem Klavierlack wird in einem speziellen Verfahren gefertigt, bei dem der Lack gegossen, die Griffschalen präzise gefräst und anschließend von Hand auf Hochglanz poliert werden. Das Ergebnis ist ein Griff mit beeindruckender Farbtiefe und Beständigkeit, der angenehm in der Hand liegt.

Als klassisches Slipjoint-Messer verfügt der Folder über eine Rückenfeder, die die Klinge sicher in Position hält. Beim Öffnen und Schließen sorgt ein Zwischenstopp bei 90 Grad für zusätzliche Sicherheit.

Ob beim Schneiden von zartem Carpaccio oder beim Filetieren von frischem Fisch – der Nesmuk Janus Folder ist dein zuverlässiger Begleiter für präzise Schnitte. Geliefert wird er in einer mattschwarzen Schatulle mit Lederetui und Echtheitszertifikat.
