Du suchst ein edles Klappmesser, das Funktionalität und Design auf höchstem Niveau vereint? Der Nesmuk Janus Folder mit einer Klingenlänge von 8,9 cm könnte genau das Richtige für dich sein.

Die Klinge besteht aus Niob-Hochleistungsstahl, der für seine außergewöhnliche Härte und Schnitthaltigkeit bekannt ist. Dank der DLC-Beschichtung (Diamond-Like Carbon) ist die Klinge nicht nur dreimal härter als herkömmlicher Stahl, sondern auch besonders widerstandsfähig gegenüber Säuren, Basen und extremen Temperaturen. Diese Beschichtung reduziert zudem die Haftung von Schnittgut an der Klinge, was das Schneiden von Lebensmitteln wie Tomaten oder Fischfilets erleichtert.

Der Griff aus orangenfarbenem Klavierlack wird in einem speziellen Verfahren gefertigt, bei dem der Lack gegossen, die Griffschalen präzise gefräst und anschließend von Hand auf Hochglanz poliert werden. Das Ergebnis ist eine Oberfläche mit beeindruckender Farbtiefe und Beständigkeit, die angenehm in der Hand liegt und das Messer zu einem echten Hingucker macht.

Für die sichere Handhabung sorgt die Slipjoint-Konstruktion mit einer Rückenfeder, die die Klinge in geöffneter Position hält und beim Öffnen sowie Schließen einen Zwischenstopp bei 90 Grad ermöglicht. Dies erhöht die Sicherheit und Kontrolle beim Gebrauch.

Geliefert wird der Nesmuk Janus Folder in einer mattschwarzen Schatulle, begleitet von einem hochwertigen Lederetui und einem Echtheitszertifikat. Ein stilvolles Accessoire für Gourmets, die auch unterwegs Wert auf Präzision und Ästhetik legen.
