Your bread knife should not only be functional but also a real eye-catcher in the kitchen. The Nesmuk Janus bread knife with a 27 cm blade length combines both: outstanding cutting performance and elegant design.
The blade is made of high-quality niobium steel, known for its exceptional sharpness and durability. A special DLC coating (Diamond-Like-Carbon) not only gives the blade its distinctive black appearance but also provides increased scratch resistance and resilience against acids and extreme temperatures. This coating technology was originally developed for the highest demands and optimizes the functional properties of the blade.
A special feature of this bread knife is the innovative serrated edge with two differently designed teeth. This construction allows effortless cutting through all types of bread, from crispy crusts to soft crumbs, while protecting your cutting surface.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of fine olive wood fits comfortably in the hand and gives the knife a natural aesthetic. Olive wood is characterized by its distinctive grain and durability, making each knife unique.
The package is completed with a matte brushed stainless steel ferrule and delivery in a matte black box including a Nesmuk certificate of authenticity. This way, you not only receive a high-quality tool but also a stylish accessory for your kitchen.
