Wenn du auf der Suche nach einem vielseitigen und präzisen Küchenwerkzeug bist, ist das Nesmuk Soul Chinesische Kochmesser mit 18 cm Klingenlänge eine exzellente Wahl. Die breite Klinge aus Niobstahl mit einer Härte von etwa 60 HRC ermöglicht müheloses Schneiden, Hacken und Wiegen von Zutaten. Der einseitige Hohlschliff und die leicht geschwungene Schneidkante sorgen für eine herausragende Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit.

Der ergonomisch geformte Griff aus grün-schwarzem Micarta liegt angenehm in der Hand und gewährleistet ermüdungsfreies Arbeiten. Micarta ist ein High-Tech-Kunststoff, der stoßfest, bruchsicher und äußerst beständig gegenüber Feuchtigkeit, Säuren und Laugen ist. Daher wird dieses Material häufig von Profiköchen bevorzugt. Die Zwinge aus matt gebürstetem Edelstahl bildet einen nahtlosen Übergang zwischen Klinge und Griff und verleiht dem Messer eine elegante Optik.

Geliefert wird das Nesmuk Soul Chinesische Kochmesser in einer hochwertigen mattschwarzen Schatulle, die ein Echtheitszertifikat enthält. Dieses Messer vereint traditionelle chinesische Messerformen mit modernster Technologie und hochwertigen Materialien, sodass es den höchsten Ansprüchen in der Küche gerecht wird.
