Dein kulinarisches Erlebnis verdient ein Werkzeug, das Tradition und Innovation vereint: das Nesmuk Soul Chinesische Kochmesser mit 18 cm Klingenlänge. Entwickelt in Zusammenarbeit mit chinesischen Spitzenköchen, interpretiert dieses Messer eine über 3500 Jahre alte Form neu und setzt dabei auf modernste Materialien und Fertigungstechniken.

Die Klinge besteht aus einem patentierten Niobstahl mit einem Härtegrad von etwa 60 HRC. Der hohe Niob-Anteil sorgt für ein besonders feines Stahlgefüge, das eine außergewöhnliche Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit ermöglicht. Der einseitige Hohlschliff und die leicht geschwungene Klingenform machen das Messer zu einem vielseitigen Werkzeug für die meisten Schneidarbeiten in der Küche.

Der ergonomisch geformte Griff aus schwarzem Micarta liegt angenehm in der Hand und ermöglicht ermüdungsfreies Arbeiten. Micarta ist ein High-Tech-Kunststoff, der für seine Stoßfestigkeit, Bruchsicherheit und Beständigkeit gegenüber Feuchtigkeit, Säuren und Laugen bekannt ist. Daher wird dieses Material häufig von Profiköchen bevorzugt.

Eine matt gebürstete Edelstahlzwinge verbindet Klinge und Griff nahtlos und verleiht dem Messer ein elegantes Erscheinungsbild. Geliefert wird das Nesmuk Soul Chinesische Kochmesser in einer hochwertigen mattschwarzen Schatulle, inklusive Echtheitszertifikat.

Bitte beachte, dass dieses hochwertige Messer nicht spülmaschinengeeignet ist. Es sollte nach jedem Gebrauch von Hand gereinigt und sorgfältig abgetrocknet werden, um die Langlebigkeit und Schärfe der Klinge zu erhalten.
