Details
Your culinary experience deserves a tool that combines tradition and innovation: the Nesmuk Soul Chinese Chef's Knife with an 18 cm blade length. Developed in collaboration with top Chinese chefs, this knife reinterprets a form that is over 3500 years old, utilizing the latest materials and manufacturing techniques.
The blade is made from a patented niobium steel with a hardness of about 60 HRC. The high niobium content ensures a particularly fine steel structure, allowing for exceptional sharpness and edge retention. The single-sided hollow grind and slightly curved blade shape make the knife a versatile tool for most cutting tasks in the kitchen.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of black Micarta feels comfortable in the hand and allows for fatigue-free work. Micarta is a high-tech plastic known for its impact resistance, breakage safety, and resistance to moisture, acids, and alkalis. Therefore, this material is often preferred by professional chefs.
A matte brushed stainless steel bolster seamlessly connects the blade and handle, giving the knife an elegant appearance. The Nesmuk Soul Chinese Chef's Knife is delivered in a high-quality matte black box, including a certificate of authenticity.
Please note that this high-quality knife is not dishwasher safe. It should be cleaned by hand after each use and carefully dried to maintain the longevity and sharpness of the blade.
