If you are looking for a versatile and precise kitchen tool, the Nesmuk Soul Chinese Chef's Knife with an 18 cm blade length might be just right for you.
The blade of this knife is made from niobium steel, a special alloy known for its exceptional sharpness and durability. With a hardness of about 60 HRC and a single-sided hollow grind, it allows for effortless cutting and chopping.
The handle made of bog oak not only gives the knife an elegant appearance but also feels comfortable in the hand. Bog oak comes from sub-fossilized oak trunks that are up to 5,000 years old and have been found in bogs and waters. The color varies between brownish and bluish black tones, making each knife a unique piece.
Another highlight is the matte brushed stainless steel bolster, which harmoniously transitions between the blade and the handle. The knife is delivered in a high-quality matte black box, including a certificate of authenticity.
Please note that this knife is not suitable for chopping bones or similarly hard materials. To maintain its sharpness and longevity, it is recommended to clean the knife by hand and occasionally treat the handle with a suitable care oil.
