Details

Das Nesmuk Soul Chinesische Kochmesser mit 18 cm Klingenlänge vereint traditionelle Formgebung mit modernster Materialtechnologie. Die Klinge besteht aus Niobstahl, der durch seinen hohen Niob-Anteil ein besonders feines Stahlgefüge aufweist. Dies führt zu einer Härte von etwa 60 HRC und verleiht dem Messer eine außergewöhnliche Schärfe sowie langanhaltende Schnitthaltigkeit.

Der einseitige Hohlschliff der Klinge ermöglicht eine extrem dünne Geometrie, was das Messer besonders leicht macht und ein präzises Schneideerlebnis bietet. Die breite Klingenform ist ideal für vielfältige Schneidarbeiten in der Küche, von feinen Schnitten bis hin zum Hacken von Gemüse.

Der Griff aus Olivenholz besticht durch seine individuelle Maserung und liegt ergonomisch in der Hand. Die Zwinge aus matt gebürstetem Edelstahl bildet einen nahtlosen Übergang zwischen Klinge und Griff, was nicht nur optisch ansprechend ist, sondern auch die Hygiene fördert.

Geliefert wird das Messer in einer hochwertigen mattschwarzen Schatulle, inklusive Nesmuk Echtheitszertifikat. Bitte beachte, dass das Messer nicht spülmaschinengeeignet ist. Es sollte nach Gebrauch von Hand gereinigt und sorgfältig getrocknet werden, um die Qualität und Langlebigkeit zu erhalten.
