Details
The Nesmuk Soul Chinese chef's knife with an 18 cm blade length combines traditional design with the latest material technology. The blade is made of niobium steel, which, due to its high niobium content, has an exceptionally fine steel structure. This results in a hardness of about 60 HRC, giving the knife extraordinary sharpness and long-lasting edge retention.
The single-sided hollow grind of the blade allows for an extremely thin geometry, making the knife particularly lightweight and providing a precise cutting experience. The wide blade shape is ideal for a variety of cutting tasks in the kitchen, from fine slicing to chopping vegetables.
The handle made of olive wood impresses with its unique grain and fits ergonomically in the hand. The matte brushed stainless steel bolster creates a seamless transition between the blade and handle, which is not only visually appealing but also promotes hygiene.
The knife is delivered in a high-quality matte black box, including a Nesmuk authenticity certificate. Please note that the knife is not dishwasher safe. It should be cleaned by hand after use and carefully dried to maintain its quality and longevity.
