The 89 mm long blade is made from a special niobium steel known for its exceptional sharpness and durability. With a hardness of 60 HRC and a double-bevel grind, it allows for precise cuts, whether slicing meat, vegetables, or bread. The straight blade geometry ensures that when cutting on hard surfaces only the tip makes contact, which protects the edge and helps it stay sharp longer.
The handle made of Karelian curly birch not only gives the knife a unique appearance but also feels comfortable in the hand. This wood is distinguished by its distinctive grain and coloration, so each knife is one of a kind. The construction is carried out without visible rivets or screws, giving the folder an elegant and seamless design.
