The blade of this knife is made of niobium steel, known for its exceptional sharpness and durability. With a hardness of about 60 HRC and a flat grind, it allows effortless filleting of fish and meat as well as cutting wafer-thin slices. The slightly flexible blade ensures optimal control and precision.
The handle made of bog oak not only gives the knife an elegant appearance but also fits ergonomically in the hand. Bog oak is subfossil oak wood that has been preserved in bogs for millennia and is distinguished by its dark color and unique grain. Each handle is thus unique.
