The blade is made of niobium steel with a hardness of approximately 60 HRC. This material ensures high flexibility and at the same time stability during vertical cutting. The flat grind of the edge supports precise and clean cuts.
The handle made of walnut burl wood not only feels comfortable in the hand but also makes each knife unique due to the individual grain. The ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel stabilizes the blade and emphasizes the elegant design.
