With the Nesmuk Soul Slicer 26 cm you get a fillet knife whose narrow, slightly flexible blade enables precise work. Whether you want to fillet fish or trim meat, this knife supports you optimally.
The blade is made of high-quality niobium steel and reaches a hardness of about 60 HRC. The flat grind provides a sharp edge that allows effortless cutting. The ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel gives the knife additional stability and an attractive appearance.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of desert ironwood feels comfortable in the hand and offers a secure grip. This noble wood is characterized by its hardness and durability, making the handle particularly robust.
The Nesmuk Soul Slicer is delivered in a matte black box, which not only serves for safe storage but also contains a Nesmuk certificate of authenticity. This way you can be sure you are holding an authentic and high-quality product.
