Details
Swing in stainless steel, that is the brief summary of the Mandoline Access by de Buyer. The fruit & vegetable slicer is made almost entirely of stainless steel and has a slightly steeper cutting ramp. You can perform the following cutting styles with the Mandoline Access: smooth slices, crinkle-cut slices, julienne strips, and waffle slices.
The cutting thickness can be continuously adjusted from 1 to 10 mm using the side wheels. Switching between smooth & crinkle-cut with the horizontal double blade is effortlessly easy. Thanks to the micro-serration, you don't have to worry about sharpening for a very long time, and you can also cut soft vegetables and fruits like tomatoes. Additionally, a julienne double blade for 4 & 10 mm thick strips is included.
