With the de Buyer Viper mandoline and the matching 10 mm julienne insert, you can effortlessly prepare even vegetable strips for your dishes. Whether for crisp salads, wok dishes or as a side — the precise 10 mm strips give your food an appealing appearance and ensure even cooking times.
The V-shaped blade of the Viper mandoline enables precise and easy slicing of all fruits and vegetables, even soft or thick-skinned ones such as tomatoes, citrus fruits or kiwis. The cutting height can be adjusted from 1 to 8 mm, allowing you to customize the thickness of your julienne strips.
The ergonomic safety pusher with integrated rotation control mechanism ensures safe handling and precise cuts. In addition, the mandoline has non-slip, foldable feet that provide stability during use. A practical storage box for the julienne blades is also included, so you can keep your accessories within reach and stored safely.
