Details
The Mandoline Swing Plus by de Buyer is a perfect mandoline for home use. The fruit & vegetable slicer can perform the following cuts: smooth slices, crinkle slices, julienne strips, and waffle slices.
The cutting thickness can be adjusted from 1 to 10 mm using a side dial. Switching between smooth & crinkle cuts with the horizontal double blade is effortlessly easy. Thanks to the micro-serration, you won't have to worry about sharpening for a long time, and you can also cut soft vegetables and fruits like tomatoes. Additionally, a julienne double blade for 4 & 10 mm thick strips is included.
The majority of the body of the Mandoline Swing is made of extremely robust plastic. The cutting ramp and, of course, the blades are made of stainless steel. If you prefer stainless steel, we recommend taking a look at the Mandoline Access by de Buyer.
