Your de Buyer Mandoline Viper is an indispensable tool for precise and versatile slicing in the kitchen. To maintain its functionality optimally, the cutting ramp with adjustment mechanism is an essential spare part. This frame allows you to set the cutting height of your mandoline precisely between 1 and 8 mm, so you can slice thin or thicker pieces as needed.
The cutting ramp is made of a robust polymer composite material, providing durability and stability. With dimensions of 26 cm length, 11 cm width and 2.5 cm height, it fits seamlessly into your Mandoline Viper. The weight of 0.18 kg ensures easy handling and installation.
Installation of the cutting ramp is straightforward: it is simply inserted into the mandoline’s frame and, thanks to the integrated adjustment mechanism, allows quick adaptation of slice thickness. This lets you effortlessly cut various fruits and vegetables to the desired thickness, whether for thin tomato slices or thicker zucchini slices for gratins.
Please note that the cutting ramp is not dishwasher-safe. For long-lasting use, it is recommended to clean it by hand. With this spare part you ensure that your de Buyer Mandoline Viper is always ready for use and that you continue to achieve precise cutting results.
