Your de Buyer Mandoline Vantage is an indispensable tool in the kitchen for cutting vegetables and fruit precisely. To safely protect the sharp V-blade of your mandoline, the appropriate V-blade guard is essential. This guard protects the blade from damage and at the same time ensures your safety during storage.
The V-blade guard is specially designed for the V-blade of the de Buyer Mandoline Vantage and therefore fits perfectly. It is made of sturdy plastic that is durable and reliably covers the blade. With a length of 15.2 cm and a width of 13 cm, it is compact and lightweight, so it can be stored easily.
The application is very simple: after cleaning and drying your mandoline, place the blade guard over the V-blade. This keeps the blade protected and minimizes the risk of injury when handling or storing the device.
