Details
The Gravity cutting aid set is a perfect addition to the de Buyer mandolines. With the 2-piece set consisting of a tube & plunger, small and long fruits and vegetables can now be easily sliced on the mandolines.
The tube is simply attached to the sled of the mandoline instead of the safety slider. Cutting is then done as usual. The included tube can be used for both leftover pieces and small round vegetables like cherry tomatoes and radishes. Important note: The Gravity set may only be used with the horizontal blade, not with the julienne blades.
The Gravity set fits almost all de Buyer mandolines, except for the Kobra AXIS and Komi.
