Details
The Gravity cutting aid set is a perfect addition to the de Buyer mandolins. With the 2-piece set consisting of a tube and plunger, small and long fruits and vegetables can now be easily sliced on the mandolins.
The tube is simply inserted onto the sled of the mandolin in place of the safety guard. Cutting then proceeds as usual. The included tube can be used for leftover pieces as well as small round vegetables such as cherry tomatoes and radishes. Important note: The Gravity set may only be used with the horizontal blade, not with the julienne blades.
The Gravity set fits on almost all de Buyer mandolins, with the exception of the Kobra AXIS and Komi.
