The double blade is compatible with the de Buyer mandoline models Revolution Master, Revolution, Access, and Swing Plus. The blade can be easily replaced, allowing you to quickly switch between different cutting styles. Made from high-quality stainless steel, the blade impresses with its durability and lasting sharpness. Please note that hand washing is recommended to maintain the blade's quality over time.
