Details
With the 2-piece knife set from the Güde Alpha Olive series, you receive two high-quality tools for your kitchen: a 21 cm chef's knife and a 16 cm preparation knife. Both knives are hand-forged from a single piece of stainless chromium-vanadium-molybdenum steel, ice-hardened, and hand-sharpened. This craftsmanship ensures a blade hardness of about 57-58 HRC, which guarantees long-lasting sharpness and robustness.
The handle scales are made from up to 500-year-old olive wood, known for its hardness and weather resistance. The unique grain makes each knife a one-of-a-kind piece. The double bolster, a characteristic feature of Güde knives, provides perfect balance and allows for fatigue-free working.
The chef's knife is excellent for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables, while the preparation knife is ideal for finer tasks such as filleting or peeling. Both knives are not dishwasher safe; it is recommended to clean them by hand to maintain the quality of the olive wood handles.
