A juicy steak deserves cutlery that perfectly rounds off the enjoyment. With the 4-piece Güde Alpha Olive steak knife & fork set you get a high-quality ensemble that is convincing both functionally and aesthetically.
The blades of the steak knives are made from chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, a material known for its hardness and durability. Through ice hardening the blades reach a hardness of about 57–58 HRC, which ensures long-lasting sharpness. The hand-sharpened edge glides effortlessly through any steak so you can enjoy the full flavor of your dish.
The handles are made from olive wood up to 500 years old, which impresses not only with its distinctive grain but is also valued for its hardness and weather resistance. Each handle is unique and gives the cutlery set a special elegance. Please note that due to the natural material the handles are not dishwasher safe; hand washing is recommended to preserve the beauty of the wood.
The forks in the set are also hand-forged from high-quality chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel and perfectly complement the knives. They allow secure holding of the meat while cutting and thus contribute to a thoroughly successful steak enjoyment.
