The Güde Kiritsuke 21 cm from the Alpha Olive series combines traditional Solingen forging craftsmanship with the elegant form of a Japanese kiritsuke knife and is a versatile kitchen tool for the highest demands.
The characteristic K-tip blade with its distinctive point enables particularly precise work, while the long, straight edge supports smooth and even cuts. This makes the knife ideal for preparing vegetables, fish, and meat and convinces as a powerful all-purpose knife.
Forged from high-quality, stainless chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel (X50CrMoV15) and hardened to 57–58 HRC, the blade offers a balanced combination of long-lasting sharpness, stability, and corrosion resistance. The full tang provides optimal weight distribution and precise, secure handling.
The scales made of finely grained olive wood give each knife an individual, natural appearance. The hard, durable wood sits comfortably in the hand and underscores the high-quality workmanship as well as the timeless character of the series.
Made in Solingen and finished in numerous steps, this kiritsuke stands for quality, precision, and durability – a reliable companion for ambitious home cooks and professionals.
