Dein kulinarisches Erlebnis verdient ein Werkzeug, das Präzision und Eleganz vereint. Das Nesmuk Janus Chinesische Kochmesser mit einer 18 cm langen Klinge ist genau das Richtige für dich.
Die Klinge besteht aus hochwertigem Niobstahl, der für seine außergewöhnliche Härte und Zähigkeit bekannt ist. Mit einer Härte von etwa 60 HRC bietet sie eine beeindruckende Schnitthaltigkeit. Die Diamond-like Carbon (DLC) Beschichtung verleiht der Klinge nicht nur ein markantes schwarzes Finish, sondern sorgt auch für eine erhöhte Kratzfestigkeit und Korrosionsbeständigkeit.
Der Griff aus edlem Olivenholz liegt angenehm in der Hand und verleiht dem Messer eine natürliche Ästhetik. Die Zwinge aus matt gebürstetem Edelstahl rundet das Design harmonisch ab.
Geliefert wird das Messer in einer mattschwarzen Schatulle, die ein Nesmuk Echtheitszertifikat enthält. So erhältst du nicht nur ein erstklassiges Schneidwerkzeug, sondern auch ein Stück Handwerkskunst, das in deiner Küche einen besonderen Platz einnehmen wird.
