The blade is made of niobium steel, known for its fine structure and high strength. A DLC coating (Diamond-Like Carbon) provides the blade with additional hardness and scratch resistance. With a hardness of about 60 HRC and a V-edge, this knife offers impressive sharpness and edge retention.
The handle made of walnut burl wood feels comfortable in the hand and gives the knife an elegant appearance. The matte brushed stainless steel bolster ensures a seamless transition between the blade and the handle. The knife is delivered in a matte black box, including a Nesmuk authenticity certificate.
