If you are looking for an extraordinary kitchen tool, then the Nesmuk Janus Chinese Chef's Knife with an 18 cm blade length is just right for you. The wide blade made of niobium steel, hardened to about 60 HRC, ensures impressive sharpness and durability. Thanks to the Diamond-like Carbon (DLC) coating, the blade is particularly resistant to external influences and offers reduced adhesion of food.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of desert ironwood feels comfortable in the hand and allows for precise work. Desert ironwood is one of the hardest and densest woods in the world and is characterized by its exceptional grain. The bolster made of matte brushed stainless steel completes the elegant design.
The knife is delivered in a matte black box, including a Nesmuk authenticity certificate. Please note that this high-quality knife should only be cleaned by hand to maintain the quality and sharpness of the blade in the long term.
