Details
Your demand for a high-quality chef's knife is met with the Nesmuk Janus chef's knife featuring a 14 cm blade length and an olive wood handle. The blade is made of niobium steel, known for its exceptional sharpness and durability. A DLC coating (Diamond-Like-Carbon) provides additional hardness and scratch resistance, while the single-sided hollow grind with a V-grind on the cutting edge allows for precise cuts.
The handle, made from hand-selected olive wood, feels comfortable in the hand and gives the knife a natural aesthetic. The ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel complements the elegant design. The knife is delivered in a matte black box, including a Nesmuk certificate of authenticity.
With a hardness of approximately 60 HRC, the blade offers high durability and edge retention. The combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern materials makes this knife a reliable tool in your kitchen.
