Details

Dein kulinarisches Erlebnis beginnt mit dem Nesmuk Janus Kochmesser 24 cm, einem Meisterwerk der Schneidkunst. Die 24 cm lange Klinge aus Niobstahl, veredelt mit einer DLC-Beschichtung, bietet außergewöhnliche Schärfe und Langlebigkeit. Der einseitige Hohlschliff mit V-Schliff an der Schneidfase ermöglicht präzises Arbeiten, sei es beim feinen Schneiden von Gemüse oder dem Portionieren von Fleisch und Fisch.

Der ergonomisch geformte Griff aus Walnuss-Maserholz liegt angenehm in der Hand und sorgt für ermüdungsfreies Arbeiten. Die Zwinge aus matt gebürstetem Edelstahl ergänzt das edle Design und gewährleistet Stabilität.
