Details

Your demand for precision and elegance in the kitchen is met by the Nesmuk Janus Slicer 16 cm. This fillet knife combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology and offers you an unrivaled cutting experience.

The 16 cm long blade made of high-quality niobium steel features slight flexibility that enables precise filleting of meat and fish as well as slicing of fruits and vegetables. With a hardness of about 60 HRC and a flat grind, the edge remains long-lastingly sharp and resilient.

A special feature of this knife is the DLC coating (Diamond Like Carbon) on the blade. This matte black carbon layer is extremely scratch-resistant, resistant to acids and high temperatures, and reduces friction while cutting. As a result, the blade glides effortlessly through the food and allows for even the finest cutting guidance.

The ergonomically shaped handle made of desert ironwood sits comfortably in the hand and ensures fatigue-free work. Desert ironwood is known for its exceptional hardness and distinctive grain, which makes each knife unique. The ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel forms a harmonious transition between blade and handle and emphasizes the knife’s noble design.

Whether you want to slice paper-thin ham, prepare a delicate fish fillet, or trim vegetables – with the Nesmuk Janus Slicer 16 cm you will achieve this effortlessly and precisely. The knife is delivered in a high-quality matte black box including a Nesmuk certificate of authenticity, making it an ideal gift for demanding cooks.
