If you are looking for a high-quality filleting knife that combines precision and elegance, the Nesmuk Janus Slicer with a 26 cm blade length is just right for you.

The blade is made of niobium steel, known for its exceptional sharpness and durability. With a hardness of about 60 HRC, it allows for precise and effortless cuts. The Diamond-Like-Carbon (DLC) coating not only gives the blade a distinctive black finish but also increases its resistance to external influences and reduces the adhesion of cutting materials.

The handle made of bog oak fits comfortably in the hand and ensures optimal balance when cutting. Bog oak is a rare and noble wood, distinguished by its dark color and unique grain. Each handle is thus one of a kind.

The ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel seamlessly connects the blade and handle, emphasizing the knife's elegant design. The slicer is delivered in a matte black box, which not only serves for safe storage but also contains a certificate of authenticity.
