Details

If you're looking for a versatile and precise chef's knife, the Suncraft Senzo Classic with a blade length of 14.3 cm is an excellent choice. This knife combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern materials and is ideal for preparing vegetables, meat, and fish.

The blade features a VG-10 steel core, known for its exceptional sharpness and edge retention. This core is wrapped in 66 layers of stainless steel in a Damascus style, which not only provides an impressive appearance but also increases the blade's stability and flexibility. A hardness of 61±1 HRC ensures long-lasting sharpness.

The handle is made of walnut-colored pakkawood, a combination of 70% birch and 30% resin, and is oval-shaped, tapering toward the middle. This ergonomic design ensures comfortable handling and optimal control while cutting. A full tang running through the handle contributes to the knife's balance and stability.

The slightly angled stainless steel bolster with a red ring not only gives the knife an attractive design but also supports durability and hygiene. With this knife you can effortlessly perform precise cuts, whether finely chopping herbs or filleting fish.

Suncraft's Senzo Classic series blends Western knife shapes with Japanese aesthetics and functionality. With a total of 16 different blade profiles, this series offers the right tool for every need. The combination of high-quality materials and thoughtful design makes this chef's knife an indispensable companion in your kitchen.
