Details

If you are looking for a high-quality vegetable knife that impresses both in functionality and design, the Suncraft Senzo Classic Nakiri with a blade length of 16.7 cm is an excellent choice.

The blade of this Nakiri knife features a VG-10 steel core, known for its exceptional sharpness and durability. The core is wrapped in 66 layers of stainless Damascus steel, which not only provides an impressive appearance but also increases the blade's stability and flexibility. With a hardness of 61±1 HRC, the edge stays sharp for a long time and enables precise cuts.

The handle, made of walnut-colored pakkawood — a combination of 70% birch wood and 30% resin — is oval-shaped and tapers toward the middle. This design ensures ergonomic handling and a comfortable grip. A full tang in the handle guarantees optimal balance and stability while cutting. The slightly beveled stainless steel bolster with a red ring also gives the knife an elegant touch.

The wide blade of the Nakiri knife is excellent for finely slicing vegetables and herbs. Thanks to the almost completely straight-edged blade, you can effortlessly cut even slices and cubes. The broad blade also makes it easy to transfer the cut ingredients directly into a pot or bowl.

Please note that this high-quality knife is not suitable for chopping bone, cartilage, or frozen foods. For care, it is recommended to wash the knife by hand and dry it immediately to preserve the longevity and beauty of the materials.
