Details
If you regularly use your de Buyer tart pan with a 24 cm diameter, the replacement baking release sheets in a set of 2 are just right for you. These specially cut sheets make baking and removing tarts and quiches from the pan much easier.
The release sheets are made of PTFE-coated fiberglass and offer excellent non-stick performance. This allows your baked goods to be released from the pan effortlessly, without dough residues sticking. In addition, the sheets can be reused up to 200 times and are temperature-resistant from -170°C to +260°C, making them suitable for both cold and hot preparations.
With a thickness of 0.13 mm, the sheets are robust yet flexible enough to fit the pan perfectly. They enable even baking and prevent the dough from sticking to the pan. This ensures consistently optimal baking results, whether for sweet tarts or savory quiches.
Cleaning the release sheets is straightforward: after use you can simply wash them with warm water and mild dish soap. This makes them ready for your next baking project quickly.
