Details
Do you want to take your baking skills to the next level? With the round springform pan from de Buyer with a 20 cm diameter, you can achieve this effortlessly. This two-piece pan consists of a removable base and a ring, connected by a securely closing latch system. This ensures the batter stays safely in the pan without leaking.
Made from 0.4 mm thick steel, the pan impresses with excellent heat conduction. This ensures even heat distribution and perfect baking results. The robust non-stick coating makes it easy to release your creations and protects the steel from oxidation. It is recommended to lightly grease the pan before use to achieve optimal results.
The springform pan is heat resistant up to 220°C and is ideal for cakes, biscuits, and cheesecakes. Please note that it is not suitable for microwave use and metal objects should not be used in the pan. For cleaning, warm water with a non-abrasive sponge is sufficient. This way, your baking pan will remain in top condition for a long time.
