Details
Rectangular baking pan with ribbed side walls. You can use this pan to prepare cake bases, tarts, quiches, and much more. The loose bottom allows you to easily remove the finished baked goods. Despite the loose bottom, the pan is tight enough to prevent any dough from leaking out.
The pan is made of 0.6 mm thick steel with excellent heat conductivity, heat-resistant up to 220° Celsius. A durable non-stick coating is applied to this steel to reduce sticking of the baked goods to the pan. For perfect results, lightly grease the pan before use. To ensure long-lasting use of this baking pan, please avoid using sharp metal objects in the pan. Additionally, we recommend cleaning the pan by hand.
