Details
Set of 4 fluted molds for preparing Cannelés Bordelais. The molds have a diameter and height of 5.5 cm. Of course, you can also use the molds for other baked goods and your own creations.
The molds are made of strong steel with excellent heat conduction, heat resistant up to 220° Celsius. A resistant non-stick coating is applied to this steel, which reduces the sticking of baked goods to the mold. For perfect results, you should lightly grease the mold before use. And to ensure you enjoy this baking mold for a long time, please avoid using sharp metal objects in the mold. Additionally - we're sorry to say - hand washing is recommended.
