Details
If you are looking for a reliable springform pan for your baking creations, the de Buyer cake pan with a 28 cm diameter is just right for you. This two-piece pan consists of a removable base and a ring, connected by a tightly closing hinge system, ensuring no batter leaks out.
Made from 0.4 mm thick steel, the pan offers excellent heat conduction, ensuring even baking results. The robust non-stick coating makes it easy to release your baked goods and protects the steel from oxidation. For optimal results, it is recommended to lightly grease the pan before use.
The springform pan is heat resistant up to 220°C and is suitable for a variety of recipes, from classic cakes to sophisticated tortes. To ensure the longevity of the coating, you should avoid using sharp metal objects and clean it by hand.
