3-piece set consisting of a round springform pan with a 26 cm diameter, removable base, and additional savarin insert. The insert and base fit precisely, ensuring the form is tightly sealed with the latch system. The springform can be used individually, even without the savarin insert. You can bake any type of cake in this form.
The form is made of strong steel with excellent heat conduction, heat resistant up to 220° Celsius. A resistant non-stick coating is applied to this steel, reducing the adhesion of baked goods to the form. For perfect results, you should lightly grease the form before use. And to ensure you enjoy this baking form for a long time, please avoid using sharp metal objects in the form. Additionally - we're sorry to say - hand washing is recommended.
