3-teiliges Set bestehend aus runder Springform mit 26 cm Durchmesser, herausnehmbarem Boden und zusätzlichem Savarin-Einsatz. Einsatz und Boden sind passgenau, so dass die Form mit dem Scharniersystem dicht verschlossen wird. Die Springform kann einzeln, also auch ohne den Savarin Einsatz genutzt werden. Du kannst in dieser Form jegliche Art von Kuchen backen.
Die Form besteht aus starkem Stahl mit exzellenter Wärmeleitung, hitzefest bis 220° Celsius. Auf diesen Stahl ist eine resistente Antihaftbeschichtung aufgetragen, die ein Anhaften des Backwerks an der Form verringert. Für perfekte Resultate solltest du die Form vor dem Gebrauch leicht einfetten. Und damit Du lange an dieser Backform Freude hast, vermeide bitte das Arbeiten mit scharfen Metallgegenständen in der Form. Außerdem - so leid es uns tut - empfiehlt sich die Reinigung von Hand.
