Fluted fruit tart pan with slanted sides, a diameter of 28 cm, and a height of 3 cm. The base is baked in the pan, removed, turned over, and then filled.
The pan is made of 0.4 mm thick steel with excellent heat conduction, temperature resistant up to 220° Celsius. A durable non-stick coating is applied to this steel, reducing the sticking of baked goods to the pan. For perfect results, you should lightly grease the pan before use. And to ensure you enjoy this baking pan for a long time, please avoid using sharp metal objects in the pan. Additionally - we're sorry to say - hand washing is recommended.
