Details
Ribbed fruit tart pan with slanted side walls, measuring 28 cm in diameter and 3 cm in height. The bottom is baked in the pan, removed, flipped, and then filled.
The pan is made of 0.4 mm thick steel with excellent heat conductivity, temperature-resistant up to 220° Celsius. A durable non-stick coating is applied to this steel to reduce sticking of baked goods to the pan. For perfect results, lightly grease the pan before use. To ensure long-lasting use of this pan, avoid using sharp metal objects in the pan. Additionally, we recommend hand-washing the pan.
