Details
If you are looking for a reliable springform pan for your baking creations, the round 26 cm springform pan from de Buyer is just right for you. This two-piece pan consists of a removable base and a ring, connected by a tightly closing hinge system, ensuring no batter leaks out.
Made from 0.4 mm thick steel, the pan offers excellent heat conduction, ensuring even baking results. The robust non-stick coating makes it easy to release your baked goods and protects the steel from oxidation. It is recommended to lightly grease the pan before use to achieve optimal results.
The springform pan is heat resistant up to 220°C and suitable for use in the oven. Please note that it is not suitable for microwave use and should not be cleaned in the dishwasher. Do not use metal utensils in the pan to preserve the non-stick coating. Hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge is recommended.
With this springform pan from de Buyer, you are well-equipped to create cakes, quiches, and other treats in your kitchen.
