Details
Your baking experience is taken to a new level with the 2-piece set of replacement baking release sheets from de Buyer for the 28 cm tart pan. These specially cut sheets are made of PTFE-coated fiberglass and provide a non-stick surface that prevents dough from sticking and makes it easier to remove your tarts and quiches. With a thickness of 0.13 mm they are sturdy yet flexible, allowing you to reuse them over 200 times. They are temperature-resistant from -170°C to +260°C and suitable for both sweet and savory preparations. Using these baking release sheets saves you time and increases productivity in the kitchen, as no additional greasing of the pan is necessary and cleaning is made easier. This way you can achieve perfect tarts and quiches with a crispy base and juicy topping.
