Want to optimize your baking results? With the 2-piece set of replacement baking release liners from de Buyer for the 35 cm stainless-steel tart pan (model 3212.35), you can do this effortlessly. These specially cut liners are made of PTFE-coated fiberglass and can be reused more than 200 times. They allow your baked creations to release easily without having to work the edges with a scraper. Whether sweet cakes or savory quiches – the liners are suitable for temperatures from -170°C to +260°C and support you in a wide range of recipes. Please note that the matching baking pan is not included.
