If you regularly use your de Buyer cake pan with a 26 cm diameter (model 3215.26), the replacement baking separation sheets in a set of 2 are just right for you. These precisely fitting sheets are made of PTFE‑coated fiberglass and provide reliable non‑stick performance that makes removing your baked creations much easier.
With a thickness of 0.13 mm the sheets are sturdy yet flexible enough to conform optimally to the pan. They are suitable for use at temperatures from -170°C to +260°C, so you can use them for both cold and hot preparations. Whether you are baking a classic cheesecake, a fruity tart or a savory quiche – these baking separation sheets help you achieve perfect results.
Another advantage is their durability: each sheet can be reused up to 200 times, which is not only environmentally friendly but also gentle on your wallet. In addition, the non‑stick coating makes cleaning easier since residues hardly adhere.
Please note that this item includes only the replacement baking separation sheets; the matching cake pan 3215.26 is not included.
